John Paul Gaerlan took the road less travelled by by shifting the sail of his fleet. His passions lay with the Arts as he finished Bachelor of Arts in Painting at the University of Santo Tomas and later on ventured

in designing props, costumes and set for the theatre. Being branded as a ‘starving artist’ became his catalyst which ignited a deeper need: sustainability and stability. Having built his portfolio as an artist, Gaerlan looked into his work and explored ways to turn his passion to profitability, thus, the birth of Letter Builders.
