This post caught our attention and we understand that people are doing their due diligence especially after what happened with the wedding events. It’s completely valid to be cautious and we respect where you're coming from.
Just like how you protect your hard-earned money, we also work hard to protect our name and reputation. That’s exactly why we never ask for a large amount for reservations.
For full coordination and styling, our payment setup is:
Initial payment is for venue/hotel reservation only, and it goes directly to the venue.
The remaining 50% is settled a week before the event, so we can finalize arrangements with the venue. The 50% can be paid on the day (cash basis) or day before the event if you wish to pay it via bank transfer.
For styling only, we ask for ₱500 reservation, with the balance payable on the day of the event.
As for our suppliers, we ensure they are paid either in advance or on the day of the event.
