Official Statement Regarding Recent Order Incident
We would like to address a recent situation involving an order made for a "Money Bouquet" on October 17.
The order was placed by the wife of the customer, who requested a "rush order" for a Money Bouquet worth 7,000 pesos for only 650 pesos. Despite the initial price discrepancy, we accepted the order, recognizing that the customer was willing to wait and acknowledged that it was a rush request. Our team did our best to accommodate the order, which was completed within a short timeframe.
At approximately 8:30 PM, the husband arrived at our studio and handed over the 7,000 pesos, which was counted in front of him by our team. We informed him politely that the bouquet could be picked up later, as we were in the middle of working on another large arrangement. We continued to work diligently and completed the Money Bouquet by 11:00 PM.
However, after informing the customer that the bouquet would be ready shortly, the husband insisted on constant updates and pictures, despite our team already sharing the location and sending images of the bouquet. We understood their concern, especially given the nature of the product (money), but we were accommodating and tried to be as transparent as possible throughout the process.
We would like to clarify that, as per our policy for rush orders, there is a "Rush Order Fee" specified in the form that customers are required to complete before the transaction is finalized. We kindly requested the customer to pay this additional fee due to the expedited work required to fulfill the order in such a short time. Unfortunately, the customer refused to pay the fee and expressed dissatisfaction, which led to multiple misunderstandings in our communication.
Moreover, we were surprised to learn that the customer later left a negative review on our page, falsely claiming that they had ordered a flower bouquet, not a Money Bouquet, and accusing our business of being a scam for charging a 100-peso rush fee. We would like to clarify that the order was for a Money Bouquet, as confirmed in our records, and the rush fee is clearly stated in our order forms. We always strive to be transparent and fair in our pricing, and we made every effort to communicate the details of the order and associated fees clearly.
