With a heavy heart, we share a recent experience where a customer canceled their order without prior notice. The order was placed under a cash-on-delivery arrangement, with a clear agreement that it would not be canceled. The customer even made follow-ups, prompting us to ensure everything was ready for delivery.

Despite our efforts, they chose not to respond when the delivery was set, leaving us with costs for both materials and labor.
