Arnel “The Sniper” Lofranco is set to take on Jonathan Refugio for the WBA Asia Title on February 15 at the Senator Ninoy Aquino Gymnasium. The event gets even bigger as two-time world title challenger Vincent Astrolabio (19-5, 14 KOs) will face former world title challenger Prasitsak Phaprom (41-4, 26 KOs) from Thailand. Adding to the action, undefeated prospect and the pride of Balite Bugso, Senator Ninoy Aquino, Kenneth Rapista, will battle Ramel Antaran for the MinProBA Flyweight Title.

Sarcon, a southpaw from Davao City, remains undefeated in his professional career. His recent victory was a unanimous decision over Frank Gonzalez on December 9, 2023, in Long Beach, California.
