Medmak’s Place Official Statement:

To answer and clarify all the allegations of Ms. Mel Silfavan posted on Facebook on July 1, 2024 re: Lechon Baboy we delivered on June 18, 2024, to wit:

a. “gilaplapan ang lechon, no ribs najud ang sulod” mao ni collapsed ang portion sa lechon baboy”;
b. Na scam namo sila sa ila hard earned money; and
c. As per statement of Ms Punay, Ms. Mel demanded nga ipa compensate ang bayad sa Lechon bahala dili full.

Our dear customers, the above issues are BASELESS, MALICIOUS AND INJURIOUS. You know very well how we put our highest standards to serve you and cater your orders from its preparation to its delivery the best we can. Modesty aside, our reputation speaks for itself as we have no records of customers and patrons alike complaining the same issues alleged by Ms. Mel Silfavan.

We have reached out to her and substantially proved our part in good faith. However, despite all the exhausted means, she continued her unsupported claims and defamation against us.

To our valued clients, please rest assured that we are always committed to give you the best service you deserve.
