A second meeting is needed to discuss the created program
and the pre-debut preparations with the client & the Debutante
On the day of the event:
Kate and Kieran are always setting a standard of five (5) hours preparation time
before the event. The 5 hours preparation time will cover the following:
Hair & Make-Up of the Debutante, Pre-event Photo & Video Coverage, Debutante's Pre-Event Pictorial, Family Pictorial, Review of Program with the Debutante & Final Detailing. Kate and Kieran will be joined by 4-5 professional coordinators
that will be doing the following tasks:
Registration & Ushering of the Guests, Queueing of Suppliers,
Assisting the Host during program proper, Rotation of the guest book, Assisting the Debutant during gown changing, and many more. PROFESSIONAL EMCEE HOSTING SERVICE for
