On Investing | "I often see, hear, and read investment tips everywhere encouraging people to "Invest while it is low." Though this may be true and correct at a certain point, it is not always applicable. Instead, it is safest and most ideal to "invest whenever you are ready and well-knowledgeable" about what you are investing in. Do not invest in something you do not understand. Enthusiasts are too assertive and most often enjoy the art of misrepresentations of products to gain sales. Furthermore, invest in knowledge and do not just hurry because everyone is doing it. It will never be right just because "they did" and you think "you have to'. Dig deeper."

If you choose yourself, you are not being selfish; but you are saving your sanity; you are saving your self.

Too much selflessness is not good; it is self-destruction.

I have been eating hotdogs for breakfast often. I know it is not good for my health. That's why I need to consume more veggies to balance my diet. I'm reminded that convenience is cheap but health is wealth. Sharing it here. So, as someone who understands how eating hotdogs increases our chances of getting certain diseases, I will stop. Just like other types of processed meat, are linked to increased risks for health issues like type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, cancer, and higher mortality.

"Let me claim it, yes, GrabCar will be in Iloilo City very soon. The decision is not up to us, but we have acquired a good signal from the local government unit. We are waiting for the national LTFRV's go signal. We will definitely be in Iloilo City and its neighboring municipalities."

GrabCar is now set to launch in Iloilo City this year.
