• All legal processing of documents prior to wedding.
• Budget development assistance.
• Handle any meetings and schedules for pre.nup, rehearsal, fitting etc.
• Complete communication with all vendors from beginning to end.
• Unlimited Vendor Recommendations in selected vendor categories.
• Assistance in development of a wedding day itinerary.
• Assistance with Entertainment, Theme, Décor, Floral, Favor Selection and Menu selection.
• Assistance with selection and etiquette of all stationary (Save the Date Cards, Invitations, Programs, Placecards, etc.)
• Personal management of the wedding day itinerary, vendors, and the wedding party.
• Creation and review of all vendor contracts and packages prior to your wedding to ensure accurate delivery of services and products.
• Creation of detailed wedding and reception itinerary to be distributed to wedding participants and vendors.
• Supervise and communicate with the chef, banquet captain and catering staff to ensure excellent and timely dinner service. (on the wedding day)
• Distribution of all final payments, balances and gratuities to vendors on your behalf (optional)
