📝QUOTATION:
Most of our Tour Rate [International Destination] are quoted in USD, and we All know that USD rate fluctuate from time to time. Thus the RATE may change from the time you inquire last week, from the time you follow up this week.
💰RATE:
All international RATES differ every time, every SEASON [Including Holidays and Peak Season]
Did you know HOTELS are HIGHER for Friday and Saturday Night Staying?
Not all DESTINATION has the fixed rate
🏤HOTEL:
Every DESTINATION we have at least 4-10 Hotels. From BUDGET Accommodation to LUXURY STAY. CHECK the Hotel you inquire ❤ before you tell, this Agency offers CHEAPER. You are FREE to choose ❤
🗝DEPOSIT:
As for the LAND ARRANGEMENT [Hotel/Transfer/Tours] usually we Ask for the Initial deposit and One Month before the flight ALL MUST BE SETTLED. But take note better to settle DUES earlier, because we don't hold bookings. HOTEL specified may change depends on the AVAILABILITY.
✈AIRFARE TICKET AVAILABILITY:
For the AIRFARE as mentioned, Airline ticket CHANGE from time to time, some Airlines we can HOLD from 4hrs-24hrs [Please note of the Office and Bank hours].
📌TRAVEL AGENT COMMISSION/SERVICE CHARGE:
It is important that you understand this part. Travel Agency are entitled for Commission or Incentive from Airlines or Hotel. And WE INVEST also, Like Airline PORTAL, B2B Meeting, Continuos Training & Seminar, Travel Association Membership, Product Update, Barangay Certificate, DTI Certificate, Mayor's/Business Permit, BIR Tax, Internet, Phone. Like ANY JOB it is our right also to EARN from our Services not to mention our expenses thru our physical or home based office and employee as well.
And some cases we even WAIVED charges depending on Situation, kasi MAY PUSO ❤ PO kami. Especially for those who are repeat clients, We give DISCOUNTS! We even GIVE Maps or Train ticket for FREE.. We GIVE our TIME not only for quotation but for SUGGESTIONS and INFORMATION.
Sometimes we don't charge EXTRA and COVER for the difference~ As long as our PASSENGERS will have a GREAT EXPERIENCE! Which is our MAIN GOAL! We are travelers too, as WE KNOW ❤.
If you feel like you can handle arranging the tour yourself—booking your tickets and hotel online—that's totally fine! 😊 You've got your options, and we totally respect that. ❤️ Just a heads up though, if there's a snag with your own booking, we won't be able to lend a hand, even if we want to. Our access is limited, and we're not looped into your booking issues. Airlines and hotels might not recognize us unless you've booked through us.
