After being fully booked for several months over the past year and pushing through some tough days with illness, we decided to take a two-week break to recharge. Day before wedding, deliveries of fresh flowers were compromised due to a typhoon in Manila.
One of my staff was rushed to the hospital with a paralyzed arm just as the wedding ceremony began, my daughter had a high fever with rashes suspected to be dengue and required lab tests, and I was dealing with a fever and gout. During this event, there were also three clients who are observing and doing ocular at the venue. But the wedding had to go on. We kept these issues from our client, relying on our professional judgment to handle the situation unless their input was necessary. Turns out they were really pleased with our service, we sticked with wedding timeline and it was well executed, everyone in the coordinating team gets a tip from them including all of our suppliers, wedding day flows seamlessly, no unnecessary stress, and the event was a success. Thank you to all of my suppliers and staff. This experience highlights the advantage of choosing a packaged service, as we only include collaborative suppliers dedicated to the event’s success. Thank you, Miss Hanna and Sir Paul, for trusting us and opting for the full package for your wedding.
