TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF JACS 2023:
Upon booking ONLINE/OFFLINE, you agreed on the Terms and Condition Stated on this document and you hereby UNDERSTOOD the given Terms & Conditions of the Party Planner/Coordinator/Organizer - (JACS).
[01] ON TIME PARTY/EVENT START:
A Penalty of P300.00 within Kidapawan City and P500.00 for Out of Town with additional P50.00 on the next per hour will be CHARGE AUTOMATICALLY to the client if there will be delayed on the agreed time on the said event/party.
[02] PRICING:
JACS (Planner/Coordinator/Organizer) price are all fixed price unless it’s on the PROMO or on Package Rate.
[03] PARTY PACKAGES:
What's in the package is fixed. You can't remove anything nor convert to any items do you like. But you can always have the choice to add-on more to the package.
[04] PAYMENT:
A Down Payment should be done on our services/rental (Half of the Total price), then it will be Officially Booked. Full payment should be paid on the day of the event/party before the party/event starts. But the client has the right to pay it full in advance.
[05] TRANSPORTATION CHARGE:
There will be an extra fee charge automatically on the package/services, depending on the area/event is held. Especially outside CITY Proper particularly Barangay Poblacion, Kidapawan City.
[06] PAYPAL PAYMENT:

[07] PERA PADALA PAYMENT:
The total amount stated on your purchases/rentals/services is already fixed. If you choose to settle you purchases/rentals/services to any Pera Padala outlet (Cash Padala), the Customer/Client will shoulder the service fee (NOT by JACS – Planner/Coordinator/Organizer) on any Pera Padala Transactions.
NOTICE: We accept payment thru GCash (Highly Recomended) , Coins.ph, RCBC account, SeaBank Online or meet ups within Brgy. Poblacion, Kidapawan City, North Cotabato
[08] READY TO PAY?
Before you're going to pay for you purchases/rentals/services, make sure to contact us first on our page/Account (Jacs Nemoc -https://www.facebook.com/jacsthemagician) to give you more instruction/details on how to pay.
[09] CANCELLATION POLICY:
The 50% of the total Down Payment is NON-REFUNDABLE if there will be CANCELLATION of the said function/party/event BEFORE the 3 weeks (21 days) period to events/party schedule date.
(Ex. If you down P5000, 50% of it (P2500) is refundable and the other P2500 is NON-REFUNDABLE.)
BUT if the cancellation was made within 3 weeks (21 days) to the said party/event scheduled, you are not entitled for a refund. Down Payment will be forfeited.
please take note that For Lay Away Plan: Non - refundable.
[10] TRANSFER OF DATE OR TIME:
We allow transfer of Date or Time but there's no assurance you can move on that date or time that you wish to transfer. Because we priority first to the once who booked it first on that DATE and TIME. (Conflict of time and date)
You are allowed to transfer time and date within 12 months only, after that Down Payment will be forfeited.

[12] EMERGECY CASES / PANDEMIC / NATURES CALL:
In any case that the Event/Party Venue got black out (NO ELECTRIC), and/or if the venue is outdoor/indoor and here comes this heavy rain or worst a Typhoon, (or any disaster may occur on that event), Medical Issues and/or War, JACS is NOT LIABLE on it, and reason for Cancellation or Moving the schedule.
“We CAN'T give you a refund for it”. But you can “Transfer the Date and Time”.
This goes same with the pandemic (Or Any Pandemic may occur) that came to our country Last January 2020 called the COVID19 and/or any protocol implemented, this will be included into our policy of EMERGECY CASES/PANDEMIC/NATURES CALL, rules will same apply on this. JACS is NOT LIABLE on it and reason for Cancellation or moving the schedule.

[13] NEED TO PREPARE DURING THE EVENT & CONSIDERATION
FOR THE ENTERTAINERS/DECORATOR/SOUND & LIGHTS AND OTHERS:
---> For Party Host:
(A) Do please give 10mins. allowance to prepare her/his self to start the party/event.
(B) Prepare someone to be called, in-charge for the Opening Prayer and before meal.
(C) Prepare someone to be called, in-charge of Welcome Address or short welcome speech.
(D) Prepare someone or more to be called, for Birthday Wishes and/or Greetings to the celebrant and/or any occasion on the said event.
(E) Prepare the Prizes for the Games.
(F) If you have more and/or prepared program for the party/event, please do give it to the party host right away before the party/events starts.
(G) The time frame for the program is 2 hours.
---> For Magician:
(A) Do please give 15mins. allowance to prepare her/his self to start the party/event.
(B) Our Magic show will run straight 20 to 30mins. Only but sometimes it will run more but it’s free of charge but it will not reached or go beyond 1 hour.
(C) One (1) hour show are considered Stage Magic Show Rate which is higher than a basic kid’s party magic show. (Please do contact the magician for more details; this type of long hours will belong to a variety show)
---> For Bubble Show:
(A) Give our Bubble Master talent to have access on your water supply and/or on the venue to use for the bubble mixture.
(B) Allow him/her to 15mins. to prepare the equipment needed for the bubble show.
(C) Keep in mind that if you’re in the function and/or any open area that our bubble show is placed, we don’t have control of the wind that will reason to pop/burst the bubble right away. Please do turn off aircons near or directly to the bubbles or close the windows or if on any open spaces let’s hope that the wind will cooperate for the bubble show’s success. (We don’t refund for it, you will still pay if full)
---> For Face Painting:
(A) Please give us 1 table and 2 chairs to where the talent to do his/her Face/Arm/Hand Paiting.
(B) Guide him/her where to do his face/hand/arm painting where guest can see him/her in order to start his job.
(C) Our paints are genuine and purchased it original products. NON-Toxic and washable. Please if any kid/client wishes to paint his/her face/arm/hand and has history of skin allergies please don’t let her/him do the face/arm/hand painting. JACS are not liable for any allergic reactions of the kid/client that has skin allergic/reaction to our paints.
---> For ALL Entertainers:
Please give us a space where we can prepare for ourselves. Out of sight of the audience.
---> For Decorators: (if we JACS handle the decoration, or we can suggest one for you)
Please make sure the venue is FREE to decorate 1 day before the event. So that we can start decorating the place.
---> For Sound and Lights: (if we JACS handle the Sounds & Lights, or we can suggest one for you)
Please make sure that there will be a contact person on the venue where the event is placed, to assist us where we can plug our electronics 3 to 5 hours before the event start in order to set up the equipment and make a test run for everything.
---> For the VENUE: (if we JACS handle the venue to held, or we can suggest one for you)
(A) Contact Person where we can call/text if we need something.
(B) Have a back-up Generator in case of black out. (if you're in a function or resort)
