Journey to the Food Industry
When we first started, we were only selling one product, which was at the time only vacuum pack sweet and salted sugar caramelized squid :) with little know how on the business idea, yet we managed to get people to like our product, from 20 orders a day to we came to a point where we accumulated a total of 400 orders a day. we also did some shipping to our fellow OFW to other countries. Indeed our squid was a hit! we then put our products to some standalone stores to maximize our profit. We were only 2 when we started this business as we grow our people grew and our operations needs more equipment, so I started to buy some kitchen tools for my team. And then I realized why not venture in the Canteen Concessionaire industry since we already have the tools, manpower and skills to provide bulk orders of meals and viand. I started to mingle with people in the Hotel and Resorts industry in our place if I can set up a canteen for there employees, in God’s grace we did end up with them. As a sanitary inspector as profession my primary goal is to deliver food that is safe to eat and clean. I always tell my team that fresh and delicious foods are the only food that we will serve. I personally am the one who goes to the wet market to buy some fish, meat and vegetable to secure that I hand picked only the best vegetables, herbs and spices for my dish. Sometimes I compromised the budget just to get the best out of every dish :) I have reputable chef’s in my canteen and people with exceptional customer service. We are not new, before we have 2 branches from 4 star rating resorts. So hit me up so I can deliver sumptuous food for you! :)
