Starting the year right with our most authentic self. 😘 Taking good care of my health is not always easy. I have had many days when I just want to be lazy and do nothing. Deniz would always say I will go to the gym and I will say, that’s good I’ll just wait for you to come back. 😝 but you know what, every day is a new day and we just have to keep showing up as much as we possibly can. Remember, We only need 1% change on a daily basis. So glad I get to grow in life with my handsome man
