TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. All packages are inclusive of personnel to set-up the playground and assist for the entire (3) hours of play time.
2. As some toys may be unavailable at the time of booking. It is our discretion to exchange the toys for similar or higher value.
3. Transportation fee is not yet included in the packages. Rates depend on the location. FREE transportation fee within Las Pinas Area and Alabang Area. Customers will however shoulder fees for entrance to subdivisions or private fee paying venues.
4. Complete details is a must (Date, Time, Venue (with sketch if possible), Contact person and contact nos.)
5. The booking is confirmed when you signed the Confirmation Sheet plus payment of 20% reservation fee for your chosen package. We regret we cannot entertain bookings without the completion of the confirmation sheet plus deposit.
6. The balance is payable upon set-up on the day of the event and in cash only.
7. Cancellation is allowed seven days before the event date; after which, there will be no more refunds;
8. Rebooking is allowed due to severe weather conditions or we are unable to attend.
9. In case of time extension, additional fee of P500.00 per hour or fraction thereof.
10. Damaged toys and/or lost accessories will be for the account of the client.
