The Activity Spaces of the Uncommon Grounds Bistro annexes are now open to host various corporate activities, special occasions, and seasonal celebrations.

SMALL Activity Space, 35 sqm, 20-30 pax = P15,000

MEDIUM Activity Space, 70 sqm, 30-60 pax = P30,000

LARGE Activity Space (whole annex), 105 sqm, 70-90pax = P45,000

Above space rental rates are CONSUMABLE on the menu.

Basic Inclusions:
- 4 hours of use, fully air-conditioned
