Engineer 8,000 starting pero sa CTA 9,600 kaya sana gawin ng maayos ang trabaho pls.. wag nang magtampo kapag tinatama sa mga maling gawa swerte nyo nga eh di requirements na need kayo mag aral ng 5 years in college maging engineer lng tpos ganyan ang sahod???

Grabe naman yung mga ganitong EMPLOYER 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

Tapos idadahilan nila na wala pa tayong experience? at sila pa ang magpo-provide sa atin ng training? o tataas din naman ang sahod natin kapag tumagal na sa company?

Sa mga ENGINEER na naghahanap ng trabaho, lalo na sa mga FRESH GRAD, wag kayong tatanggap ng ganito kaliit na sahod. KNOW YOUR WORTH.

Wag kayong mag-aapply sa ganitong klaseng mga kumpanya para wala din silang mahanap na engineers at mapilitan silang magtaas ng offer nila. Inaabuso ng ilang kumpanya yung mga fresh grad/entry level engineer dahil alam nilang merong tumatanggap.

Madami pang kumpanya dyan. Madami pang opportunities dyan. Kailangan lang maging matiyaga at wag sumuko sa paghahanap ng trabaho.

Okay lang magsimula sa baba. Start SMALL. Lahat talaga nagsisimula sa mababang sahod. Pero be sure na FAIR at REASONABLE yung sahod. Reasonable sa trabaho na gagawin mo. Appropriate sa SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE at EXPERIENCE na ma-ooffer mo para sa kumpanya.

Sa mga wala pang trabaho o naghahanap ng malilipatang kumpanya, keep looking lang. Stay PERSISTENT! Minsan di mo alam na parating na pala yung magandang JOB OPPORTUNITY.
