On March 19, 2025, PSU-GLH marked a significant milestone with its very first “GLH Staff Orientation and Onboarding Program” in the morning and the Housekeeping Operation Training: Proper Room Cleaning Procedure in the afternoon. Hotel General Manager, Dr. Jerry L. Ceballos Jr., set the tone by presenting the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of PSU-GLH, alongside an overview of the hotel’s amenities and an inspiring message for the staff. Following him, Operations Manager Sir Neil Mark Bautista emphasized Hotel Policies and Private Security,underscoring the importance of safety and professionalism in daily operations. In the afternoon, Ma’am Josephine Rosales, AGM of GLH, led an engaging Housekeeping Operation Training, covering proper room cleaning procedures and sharing insights on the housekeeping department's vital role. A heartfelt thank you to all participants and facilitators—this is just the beginning of equipping the team for operational excellence!

We are proud of our dedicated housekeeping staff for successfully completing the very first Housekeeping Operation Training – Proper Room Cleaning Procedure.This essential training provided a much-needed refresher on the correct step-by-step process in housekeeping, ensuring that our team continues to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and service. It also equipped our staff with valuable tips, preparing them to become effective facilitators or trainers for future student trainees and interns.

A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Josephine A. Rosales for expertly organizing and facilitating the training, to the Housekeeping Department for their cooperation, and to our Operations Manager, Sir Neil Mark Bautista,for his unwavering support. Most of all, our deepest gratitude to Dr. Jerry L. Ceballos Jr., GLH General Manager, for his utmost guidance in making Golden Lion Hotel the Best Training Hotel in the Region!
