Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
Conduct recruitment, training, and orientation for event teams and staff.
Lead and manage a team for successful ex*****on of marketing campaigns and events.
Organize and oversee promotional activities in malls and other event venues.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Monitor and evaluate campaign/event performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
Qualifications:
A college graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Interest in sales, marketing, and events management.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
People-driven, patient, and proactive.
Willing to be assigned to malls and other event venues.
Ability to recruit, train, and orient new team members effectively.
Open to undergoing management training for career development.
