Over the weekend, we had the pleasure of serving a culinary experience at Savour 2024 in Arocarria, Tagaytay. From our Watercress Arugula Cranberry Salad to the final, decadent dessert trio—Jivara Palet Lactee, Macaron de Paris, and Calamansi Mousse Tart Dome—our team poured their heart and soul into every dish, crafting a truly satisfactory experience.

The Culinaire Flavor Flix 2024 event was a delightful and unforgettable gathering, bringing together caterers for a movie-inspired exhibit. For this year’s Culinaire, we treated guests to a menu inspired by Bridgerton. We started with Shrimp with Avocado and Mango Mousse, a dish evoking the decadence and elegance of the Regency era. Following this was the classic Beef Wellington, a dish fit for royalty, and the charming Petit Charlotte, a tribute to the queen herself.
The highlight of the evening was personally interacting with guests as they enjoyed the dishes we prepared. Among them is Anton Diaz of Our Awesome Planet, who has graciously given us his personal vote for his choice of Best Main Dish of the evening. Delighting our guests and food lovers through great food brings our team the most joy.
