This is already a 23 year old dish formulated by yours truly which was patronized by our clients until now. I got the inspiration for this dish from teriyaki dishes which proliferated in the food industry at that time. And duplicating it as is could be quite laborious for our kitchen. So, i had made a simpler and Filipinized version which became a signature dish of our own.
