Important Facts: 💌
1. Prices of all the arrangements are already indicated on each photo.
2. All arrangements are made to order and 50% downpayment is required to confirm and should be fully paid before delivery or upon pick up. Cash on delivery is not available.
3. Delivery/Shipping fee will be arranged and paid by the customer. No free delivery.
4. Cut off of orders is on February 10, 2023.
5. Payment Options: Cash, Gcash, AUB, BDO or BPI. No Credit Card Payment available.
6. Please be informed that we don't provide photo of your order prior to delivery or pick up on February 13 & 14. We understand that you want to see the actual product, however please also understand that we'll be busy finishing orders on time.
7. Client accepts that fresh flowers are a perishable, and natural products are subject to availability. Flowerette will make every possible effort to avoid substitution of product, however, we do reserve the right to substitute fresh cut flowers with an acceptable alternative if a product or agreed colors become unavailable or do not meet the appropriate quality standards. Client accepts that fresh cut flowers have a limited lifespan too.
8. Cancellation and changing of order is not allowed. Downpayment is not refundable for any reason as all flowers and supplies are all pre-ordered too from our suppliers.
9. Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product’s color and design, actual colors and design may vary due to different device screen settings, the lighting, differences in design and other factors.
