Be kind when you go out to eat. Be kind to the wait staff. Be kind to your server. Be kind to your bartender. Be kind to EVERYONE but especially be kind to the service industry.

You never know what someone is going through to put on a smile while you have a good time dining out. Ctto.

Pertaining to the events industry naman...
Same thing with our caterer. Paguran yan mula sa pamamalengke, sa pagdala ng food sa venue, set up, ligpit ng mga gamit.

Sa food attendants. Prep pa lang hanggang sa paghuhugas ng pinggan, haba din ng work hours nyan.

To the photo & videographer who document our events, madalas nalilipasan ng gutom lalo pag mahaba ang work hours. Btw, madalas na ito at ang host ang madalas pa nauubusan ng pagkain lalo kung medyo naparami ang bisita. 😃

To the sound system provider. Mahaba din ang oras ng work nila from set up hanggang pagliligpit. Nagiging masaya ang event dahil sa mga music nila & wit kung ano ang ilalapat na music per segment ng program.

Clown & magician, na nagdadala ng program. Skl lalo pag hindi airconditioned ang venue at layered ang costume/outfit nila, hulas na sa pawis pero tuloy ang performance. Lalo pa kung sa kalsada lang ang venue at naglapag lang ng tent, no problem sa kanila yan mapasaya lang tayo.

Event stylist. Ang daming bitbit nito grabe ang hirap din ng ginagawa nila special mention ang paglatag ng trusses at pagkakabit ng decor lalo sa matataas na ceiling. Buwis buhay paminsan. Sila din nag iisip kung anong decor ang bagay according to our party theme & motif.

Coordinators. Ang runner ng event, akalam mo coor kang pero they get into details ensuring na walang nakakalimutan lalo sa mga maliliit na bagay. Sila din ang nakikipag usap not only sa guests but also sa mga co-event suppliers for the seamless flow of the event.

Food cart/grazing table provider. Napakamabusisi ng trabaho nila mabigyan lang tayo ng makakain before the program para di naman kahit paano eh kumakalam
ang sikmura lalo kung medyo mahaba ang program bago magpakain.

Cake supplier din prepares the design as you requested, and yun iba pang nagde-deliver sa venue, we just don't know ang struggle nila lalo pag nadadaan sa lubak ang cake. Need na maideliver ang cake nang buo at kumpleto ang layers.

Add ko na rin kaming mga hosts na nag iisip kung paano pagagandahin at pasasayahin ang program, kung paano itataas ang energy at spirit ng crowd, kung paano magiging plakado, yet memorable ang event. It takes a lot of guts to be a host because talking in front of many people at magdala ng program is not easy.

These persons are the key to the success of your event.
