An underrated element in celebrations and weddings, the cake has held much importance throughout time which has made it a cherished tradition that symbolizes abundance, unity, and celebration. Historically, it represented good fortune, fertility, and the couple’s prosperity in their life together. While its symbolic meaning has evolved, the cake remains a focal point at modern weddings, blending tradition with personal expression.

In choosing a cake, a variety of options come to life. As the artistry of cake designers has evolved and cake making has become an art form in itself, the white, one-layered cake has grown into endless possibilities.

Nestled within an ethereal garden, every detail whispered magic: lush blooms in hues of lavender, lilac, old rose, celadon, and dusty robin egg blue wove a soft tapestry of colors. Twinkling lights danced through verdant foliage, casting a gentle glow that kissed every cherished face in the room. For this wedding, we crafted a theme titled “THE SONG OF THE FIREFLIES,” drawing inspiration from the enchanting and sparkling dance of a thousand fireflies illuminating a midnight sky. This theme, thoughtfully designed for an exceptional couple, captures a breathtaking fusion of ethereal romance and timeless elegance.

The color palette features a rich tapestry of deep midnight blues, refreshing blue-gray tones, delicate periwinkle, soft very peri, and muted dusty purples. Together, these hues create a captivating backdrop reminiscent of twilight, enhanced by a plethora of twinkling lights that seem to flicker, echoing the magic of the fireflies’ glow.

As guests entered the venue, they were greeted by an atmosphere steeped in enchantment. The soft, shimmering illumination enveloped the space, transforming it into a dreamlike haven where romance and sophistication intertwined seamlessly. For Chris and Dee's enchanting wedding in Siargao, a sumptuous array of local favorites that paint a vibrant picture of the region's culinary delights were prepared. Guests indulged in iconic dishes crafted by the renowned Chef from .siargao and .siargao, while the tantalizing Lechon Baka from beckoned with its irresistible aroma. The flavorful spicy Lechon Baboy from complemented the spread, and sweet sensations awaited with the renowned tres leches cake by Chef Camille Porras, a delicacy exclusive to . To top it all off, guests cooled off with the exquisite gelato from , perfectly paired with a selection of curated drinks mixed specifically for this occasion.

This enchanting island has a unique ability to capture hearts, and for Chris and Dee, it was the perfect backdrop for their love story.

After experiencing the enchanting performance of Wicked, we were inspired to commemorate the Emerald Year of Genson Corporation early this year in a truly spectacular manner. Our event was meticulously designed to reflect the splendor of the Emerald City, with its shimmering emerald hues and the ornate details reminiscent of the majestic Royal Palace.

The Emerald City, a vibrant gem nestled at the heart of the Land of Oz, is where the iconic yellow brick road culminates—symbolized by our photo wall area that beckoned guests to capture memories. This yellow brick road, which begins its journey in the whimsical Munchkin Country, sets the tone for our theme.

At the heart of the Emerald City stands the Royal Palace of Oz, characterized by its grand, sweeping architecture that captivates the imagination. To enhance our color palette, we incorporated lush green elements alongside vibrant yellow flowers, symbolizing the legendary road. At the same time, soft hints of blush echoed the elegance of Glinda, the Good Witch.

The result was a breathtaking visual feast that showcased our commitment to innovation and artistic vision, all while paying homage to the beloved story long before the musical adaptation graced the silver screen.
