In everyone’s life, at some point, our inner fire goes out. Not because we are the ones who extinguished and cleared it out, but because life sometimes is just hard. And every time, you will try to reclaim your spark, don't forget to say kind words to yourself and stay connected with others because only then you will know how to rekindle your deeper self.

In the process of trying to ignite the spark you lost with yourself, you are not alone. The Sigma Delta Pi Sorority has been actively involved in its support for mental health awareness for many years. By putting together various initiatives and programs that address these issues, we have made contributions to overcoming the stigma.

We are inviting everyone to join us in celebrating Mental Health Awareness Month with the theme, Incandescence: Rekindling your Deeper Self.
