Philippines is one of the countries that is considered to have different culinary influences, since the country was invaded by countries of Spain, America, and Japan. Because of these conquerors the culture and traditional Filipino cuisines have reflected in their cultures. Which given the country a great advantage in the culinary industry because Filipino dishes are easy to modify and to be enhanced. But the true beauty of the Filipino cuisines lies in its original and basic techniques in cooking. Filipino cuisines are competitive enough to shine internationally since the traditional way of cooking thought by our ancestors is still present up until now.
