a) Minsan nag error po ang system. Nadodouble send ng mga ORP yung coins. Hindi nag a-appear sa recharge records nila kung nag go through kaya sinesend ule. But only to find out naging successful pala, nag glitch lang yung portal nila.

b) Sa sobrang daming inaasikasong recharges, akala minsan ng ORP di pa narecharge yung coins so irerecharge nila.

𝟐. 𝐀𝐌𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐓 𝐎𝐅 𝐂𝐎𝐈𝐍𝐒 𝐒𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐖𝐀𝐒 𝐖𝐑𝐎𝐍𝐆
Nagkakamali talaga ang mga ORP pag sabay sabay ang recharges at wala pang tulog. Minan naka-copy/paste nila yung UID don sa amount of coins or minsan naman nasosobrahan ng 0 o nagkakamali ng intindi yung ORP kung pesos or amount of coins ba yung nabanggit mo.

Examples:
a) Kung ang UID ko ay 87388, nailalagay rin sa amount of coins ay 87,388

b) Nagparecharge ka ng 50 pesos so that's 500 coins dapat pero ang nailagay ay 5000 coins.

c) Sabi mo sa recharge "UID 87388 = 500". Akala ng ORP 500 pesos, yun pala ang meaning mo 500 coins lang. So let's be very clear sa amount na nirerecharge natin.

𝐇𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐫 𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐨𝐫 𝐮𝐧𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞. But our offline recharge stations do their very best to avoid these errors. Everything can be settled with a proper discussion. Always coordinate right away with the offline recharge station personnel.

‼ BEWARE OF OFFLINE RECHARGE SCAM ‼

We received reports that there was a person pretending to be an authorized offline recharger of Lightchat. The scammer's first Facebook was Coronado B Thea. After it has been reported, the scammer immediately made a new account and named it Myra Gonzalez, trying to impersonate one of the people in charge of Legacy Offline Recharge Station.
