10. Coordination with Hotel Banquet Sales / Venue for banquet set-up and banquet details (food, drink arrangements, table top décor, etc.)

11. Over-all program management and technical supervision during the days prior to and on the day of event

12. Any and all other logistical and coordination requests that you may need for your events
