We still remember in the latter part of 2009 when we started our humble catering company with nary a single utensil under our name. Remembering clearly how Chef Michelle Adrillana had to beg friends and relatives to hire our services for their events. It didn’t take long until we took off and grew organically through recommendations and introductions from companies such as Honda, Toyota, BDO, Security Bank, East West, Metrobank, Ford, ABSCBN, GMA7, TV5, Rockwell, Emborg, Mommy Mundo, FWD, celebrities who pay for services rendered, private citizens, politicians, diplomats, and esteemed individuals to families amongst others who opt not to be named.

In January of 2020, we opened a private dining and decided to close in March when the world hit the pause button and pivoted to heavy deliveries and consultancy.

Come 2022 post pandemic, we are slowly and carefully crawling out from our bunker ready to serve you with all gusto in the hopes that just like in 2009 when nobody knew who we were, you trustingly opened your homes and doors for us and allowed us to have a peek of your personal and professional lives.

To our clients, friends, acquaintances, guests, and everybody who we encountered along the way; Salud by Adrillana is ready to bring you back the flavors of the world.

From our very first event at a seminar for physicians in a hospital in 2009 where we haven’t got any equipments in our name down to witnessing how our clients’ families grew from despedida de solteras, to weddings and being a part of the entourage with my little family in tow, inaugurations, gender reveal, dedications, birthdays, product launch, golden anniversaries, diplomatic gatherings, team buildings, and other celebrations; we have witnessed and celebrated those milestones in your lives - until the world decided to hit the pause button and put the catering industry on a hiatus for more than 2 years.

We cried with you, laughed with you, giggled with you, and felt those plethora of emotions in all those days we were watching your presence behind the scenes while serving you: making sure you can be at your best sans the trouble of overthinking how to put things together for a special day.

When the world decided to pause, we wept for your delayed celebrations which took your precious time of planning and resources; and took a toll on all of us in different aspects of life.

Finally, the universe and God conspired to gift us once again with the freedom to come together. We are back to serve you and we look forward to your continued support which you have given us throughout the years.

We will not be standing without you. We look forward to serving you and celebrating more milestones with you.
