Scope of work:
BEFORE EVENT:
- Unlimited consultation via SMS/Messenger/Viber/Email
- Two (2) pre event meeting (upon signing of agreement)
- Provide event details and coordination to all suppliers with timeline, itinerary, call time, and a like.
- Provide Event Checklist
- Provide Event Timeline
- Provide comprehensive Event Spreadsheet via Google Drive

EVENT DAY
- Overall on the day management and supervision of the event from hotel preparations up to end of reception party.
- Guest Management
- Ushering of guests
- Distribution of souvenirs and guestbook assistance
- Payment Management (optional)
- Gift management and inventory

FREEBIES:
• Free use of Body Form Mannequin
• Party Poppers or Loose Petals
• Sash and pins for money dance
• Digital Wedding Invitation (Limited slots only)
