I suggest na keep it sa madali sya makikita.
IPA validate na on your free time para Hindi na masayang Yun time.
One of the essential part of having your Event Planner/Coordinator is mabibigyan kayo Ng reminders and Yun naka assigned sa inyo na managers will assist/ help you with that.
