Our Story
La Vista del Rio (meaning "The View of the River") has been conceptualized and designed to become a nature-inspired riverside eco-farm in Merida, Leyte.
Nestled on the banks of Siapon River on the edge of the town of Merida, La Vista del Rio ("The View of the River") offers all the comforts and facilities of a town residence with all the peace, tranquility and rural experience of a farmhouse and a swimming pool. The wonderfully cool breeze across the wide veranda in the early evening comes free of charge. La Vista del Rio: your country residence on the edge of town.
The space
Sitting in around 1.3 hectares of farmland, surrounded by coconut palms and the river winding its way to the sea, the farmhouse and a swimming pool guarantees you all the space and peace and quiet you need for a relaxing break, and yet the commercial centre of Merida is just a few minutes walk away.
