1. The Halloween Trick or Treat will be on October 31, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Fora Mall Tagaytay.
2. Registration period is from October 28 to 30, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and October 31, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The Registration Booth is located at Main Lobby, Upper Ground Floor. Please note that we will accommodate same-day registration until 12:00 PM only.
3. To register, just present proof of purchase per participant (single or accumulated receipt(s) dated from October 28 to 31, 2024, and duly accomplished registration form at the designated registration booth in the mall.
4. Proof of purchase:
โข 1,000 single or accumulated receipt(s) from Fora Mall Merchants (Food and Nonfood)
โข Or 2,000 worth of single receipt(s) from Metro Hypermarket.
Note: Receipts of purchase of gift certificates, payment of phone, credit card, electric or other utility bills, membership fees, insurance premiums, housing, car and other forms of loans, and the likes are not qualified as proof of purchase for this Halloween activity.
5. Upon registration, participants will be entitled to a video 360 booth with print.
6. The first 100 participants will get a Mobile Legend Cup and Pixie Forest Art Kit.
7. The first 200 participants will get 1 candy pack.
8. Acquisition of slots will be on a โfirst come, first serveโ basis.
9. Interested participants will have to fill out the registration form with the participantโs complete name, address, contact number, and other details and affix a signature on the registration form.
10. Registration Booth Schedule:
โข October 28 to 30, 2024 | 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM ONLY | Main Lobby
โข October 31, 2024 | 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM ONLY | Main Lobby
11. Be at the queuing lane of the Trick or Treat Booth at the Main Lobby not later than 30 minutes before the activity schedule.
12. Participants will then be given a sticker tag as proof of participation.
13. Participants will be accompanied by a mall representative as a guide to participating tenants.
14. Participants must be accompanied by their parent/guardian at all times.
15. All participants must be in their Halloween costumes.
16. Participants must be 3 to 12 years old.
