1. Do you accept double bookings?

We create bespoke events with outmost efficiency and curate every detail according to your personal style. How long have you been in the business? I have been in the events industry for 5 years. I have successfully launched brands and have created numerous shows for the Philippines' top retail company. I was awarded the Weddings Beautiful Worldwide, Certified Weddin

g Specialist certificate in the Philippines. It is a comprehensive training course which covers all the wedding elements from food tasting guidelines to choosing the right wedding gown according to your body type and wedding formality.

2. Is wedding planning your full time job? Yes, wedding planning is my full time job. I am dedicated in serving my couples with outmost priority. I attend seminars on events and planning to continuously hone my passion for creating beautiful weddings.

3. What made you want to become a wedding planner? It is to fulfill my passion for creating memorable events. I started in Corporate, but eventually realized that planning personal events is what I love more. Plus, I completely enjoyed planning my own wedding last February 2016.

4. What type of formal training do you have? I am a Certified Wedding Specialist with Registry No. 123PH trained by Weddings Beautiful Worldwide, Philippines. Weddings Beautiful Worldwide has elevated the standards of training and certification for wedding planners since 1968. It is a comprehensive course which tackles the different types of weddings for different religions, everything a planner needs to know about the ceremony, reception, etiquette and more. It is an association which has different memberships of wedding planners across the world. Some Weddings Beautiful associations are from Japan, Malaysia, Paraguay and U.S.


5. No. My maximum wedding bookings is four (4) in a month. I make sure that I am focused on my couples and their timelines at all times. In events, there will always be last minute changes no matter how prepared one is. In order for me to cover those changes, I dedicate a week of double checking for all of my brides and grooms to be.

6. Do you personally attend every wedding? Yes. I am there from start (hair and make up and turnover of things for ceremony and reception) to finish (end of reception).

7. Will you personally handle every aspect of the planning? Yes, I am personally responsible for all the planning aspects of the wedding. I see to it that the planning process is fun for the couple. There will always be stress from all the decision making, but I am always present to guide and to make recommendations that fit my couples' budget.

8. What time will you arrive and depart on the wedding day? I arrive five (5) hours before the start of the ceremony. I leave when the turnover and inventory sheet has been properly endorsed to the assigned point person of the couple.


9. Do you offer different package options or is everything customized based on what services is wished to be rendered? I have the following packages: a) full planning, service begins from the selection of the date until the post reception duties, b) half planning, service begins when almost 50 - 60% of the suppliers have been booked by the couple and c) on the day coordination, service is limited to vendor coordination and overall wedding day management.
10. How many meetings of phone calls are included in the package? The Client may call me anytime from Mondays to Fridays starting 9 am until 8 pm only. There is unlimited phone call consultation only on the week of the wedding date of the couple.

11. If you will be hired, how quickly could you send the contract for us to review? I will send the contract within the day for the Client to review.

12. Once we give you our budget, will you provide us with the breakdown of how the money is going to be allocated? I can give an estimated allocated budget for the couple once the couple has submitted their answers to the Preliminary Questions.

13. As changes are made to our plans, will you update us with a revised estimate and updated contract? This is possible. The contract will be updated after an agreement has been done between me and the couple.

14. How do you charge for your services? Hourly, percentage of the wedding cost or flat rate? All my packages have different flat rate charges. I may request for additional fees if the Client has any additional requests that are not part of the contract.

15. Can you provide a detailed list of all the terms included in the fee? Yes, definitely. I will submit my contract which includes a detailed breakdown of my fees.

16. What is your payment policy? Do you accept credit card? I prefer cash or check that is addressed as "cash". 25% should be given to me to block off the requested date. The 75% should be given either the week of the wedding or on the day of the event.

18. Are there any fees that would not be included in your proposal that clients should be aware of? None.

19. Do you charge for initial meetings? No, I don't.

20. Do you bring emergency kits? You may request for a copy of my emergency kit by sending me an email.

21. On the day of the wedding, what will be your mode of communication? Icom two - way radio.

22. What do you wear on the wedding day? I usually wear either a black dress or short sleeve polo with dark slacks.

23. Will you provide us with a timeline of the wedding and a floor plan of the venue? It is my responsibility to provide you the timeline of the wedding. The floor plans are usually requested from the caterers, but I may request this on your behalf.

24. Will you be present at all of the vendor meetings and can you assist in reviewing all the vendor contracts and make sure everything is in order? I will only be present in vendor meetings if it's necessary. Usually it's the couple's agreement between the vendors, but I can attend if the couple requests for it. I may assist in double checking the contract.

25. For the vendors who will be on site on the wedding day, can final payments be endorsed to you for final settlement? Balances may be endorsed to me as long as it is properly labelled.

26. Do you assist with lodging arrangement for our out of town guests

No. I only assist in recommending a good lodging place that fits the couple's budget.

27. In case of an emergency that prevents you from being at our wedding, who will be our back up planner? One of my Senior coordinators will be leading your event. I will make sure that every detail will be properly turned over to her.
