The ‘fiercer, stronger, and bolder’ comeback of Miss Ocampo 2023 after a five-year hiatus has generated a buzz online, with its captivating photography concept showcasing the beauty of 17 brave candidates wearing their warrior-inspired costume.

In an exclusive interview with The Independent Bicol Mag.Ph, Carlo Gonzaga Prila Jr., the Creative Director of the event said that the audience can expect a unique flavor of pageantry, setting it apart from others.

“Masasaksihan ninyo ang aming naiibang pasabog, mula sa stage design hanggang sa malakas at palaban na konsepto,” ze affirmed.

Prila then further stated that since the theme follows the “fiercer, stronger, and bolder comeback,” they came up with the concept that would showcase the characteristics of women in Ocampo: “sila ay magaganda, malalakas, mapagmahal ngunit matatapang.”

The most anticipated pageant has finally come through the efforts of the Local Government Unit of Ocampo headed by Mayor Ronald Allan J. Go and Vice-Mayor Eula C. Formalejo, and the members of Sangguniang Bayan together with Overall Chairperson, Noel C. Soriano, and Project Chairperson, Engr. Virgie P. Nacario and Vice-Chaiperson, Emie Tuy- Cortez.

In collaboration with Jethros Production and Events by Carlo Gonzales Prila Jr., the Creative Director; who conceptualized the unique design, and style together with
the Artistic Director Ryan Gongona of RG Fashion Gallery by Ryan & Iby Co who made the stage setup, costumes and decors come to life.

With Jay Lawrence of Blue Pix Studio as photographer and Harvey Lumbre of King Harvey Creatives as videographer.

In the world of glamour and beauty, where dreams are meticulously crafted and aspirations soar to extraordinary heights, the stage is set for the most eagerly anticipated event of the year in Ocampo, Camarines Sur.

Come and show your support as you witness the Grand Coronation Night of the candidates, which will be held at the Ocampo Sports and Cultural Complex on August 8. Prior to that, mark your calendars for the Talent Competition on August 6, where you can watch your favorite candidates in action.

This year's pageant is one of the highlights of the 74th Foundation Anniversary and 101st Town Fiesta of Ocampo.
