BOOKING CONDITION
•There is a $100 deposit for hotel and airline reservation (NON REFUNDABLE).
•Full payment must be made once visa is granted or 45 days prior to departure-whichever comes first. •Penalties and/or specific conditions will apply for cancellation made after confirmation in addition to the forfeiture of the $500 deposit.
Should the group fall below 15, we have the right to cancel or reschedule the tour, otherwise a supplement may apply.
An additional surcharge will be applied to any rebooking, reissuance, extensions, and other revisions to the tour.
Rebooking, reissuance, extensions, and other revisions to the tour are subject to conditions, approval, availability and surcharge.
Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Rates are based on double and twin rooms. Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability. Single rooms are subject to availability and a supplement will apply.
Child rate is applicable for 1 child without bed, sharing with 2 adults. Child rate is not applicable for 1 adult and 1 child in a room.
The order of the tours may change depending on the ground situation.
Supplements may apply for other departure dates due to holidays/events.
