Tjioe the Caterer proudly showcased the art of catering at the 𝗦𝗠𝗫 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗹𝗮 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 event, “𝙁𝙡𝙖𝙫𝙤𝙧 𝙁𝙡𝙞𝙭”.
Coming from the theme that features a favorite drama movie or series, Tjioe came up with three dishes celebrating “fusion of flavors and creativity” from the movie Mulan. 𝘞𝘢𝘳𝘳𝘪𝘰𝘳’𝘴 𝘉𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘵𝘺 is an appetizer made of seafood potstickers with crabmeat, shrimp, cabbage, mayonnaise and spicy cream sauce. Main dish is 𝘚𝘢𝘷𝘰𝘳𝘺 𝘚𝘪𝘭𝘬 𝘙𝘰𝘢𝘥, a pan-seared tender pork belly with garlic fermented tofu sauce and potato threads. Finally, 𝘑𝘢𝘥𝘦 𝘉𝘭𝘰𝘴𝘴𝘰𝘮 - a dessert made of green tea sticky rice ball with almond cream filling.
