TWELVE BERNABE PLACE (TBP) is a company with the main expertise of providing modern and practical interior design, renovation of condominium units as well as for residential and commercial structures. It is also engaged in landscaping (residential and commercial purposes), floral arrangement for weddings, parties, corporate promotional events, other occasions and related flo

wer and plant venture needs. TBP also provides flower arrangement for love ones and standing arrangements for our beloved relatives, friends and clients. It is also engaged in the business of providing corporate give-away/promotional items catering to friends, relatives and corporate clients. The business venture started sometime in 1994. It thrived as a promising venture and was formalized in 2000 and was registered with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) in the year 2000. TBP has conceptualized several condominium units in One Serendra, The Fort and that of the Megaworld Properties, including our very own unit which will showcase our expertise in design, construction/renovation and, furniture design and provisioning/supply. Other major clients of TBP include the Tagaytay Garden Patio in Bo. Sambal, Tagaytay City. The project was initiated via conceptualization of the design, construction and landscaping of the entire 1.2-hectare property into a commercial resort complex. After completion of the resort complex, FR Magazine, a leading architectural and homebound material, featured this in their issue of August 2001 impressed by the pulchritude and dazzling design and concept compatible to Tagaytay City’s calm and refreshing climate condition. TBP is also the exclusive florist of Megaworld Group of Companies, a giant leader in the real property construction and management business. It is also the exclusive florist of the well-known Romulo Law Office, as well as for their corporate promotional give-away/items. With TBP’s image of having a taste of exquisite and fine design and quality work, it was tasked to enhance and beautify the resting place of the Honorable Carlos P. Romulo in the Libingan ng mga Bayani. TBP was also tasked to conceptualize the design, landscaping and renovation of the homes of great lawyer Atty. Ricardo R. Romulo, former chairman of the Makati Business Club, in Dasmarinas Village, Makati City and that of the former president of Pilipinas Shell Corporation Mr. Eliseo Santiago in Valle Verde, Pasig City, all in Metro Manila. It also conceptualized the landscaping of the newly built florida-mediterreanian inspired home of Dr. Victor Lopez and Dr. Minguita Padilla, a prominent figure in the medical world, and that of Spouses Antonio and Mila Jalandoni in Dasmarinas Village, Makati City. The company is also the official florist of the former Philippine National Bank President, Mr. Carlos A. Pedrosa, businesswoman and friend Ms. Sandie Romulo Squillantini, Ms. Meg De Vega Francisco, not to mention other friends, relatives and corporate clients. TBP is owned and managed by Mrs. Marissa Soriano-Grape, a designer par excellence, who professionally and personally supervises its sufficient skilled manpower to complement the company thereby providing quality work and service.
