1. I refrain from using MSG in my recipes. You can add ground pepper and a pinch of Spanish paprika for more flavor.
2. I like the top a little crusty... so instead of using bread crumbs, I used a blow torch to burn the cheese a little bit 😋 You can buy the torch from Shopee
3. You can adjust the cheese and salt level depending on your preference. If you like it a little less cheesy, you can reduce the cheese to 1/2 cup.
