We celebrate a life that brings us not just the component of food but the nourishment each ingredient has received from nature and its cultivator as it is being passed into one's body and revives one's soul through food.

We were enchanted and thrilled to have curated a dinner-course for the soul-stirring "Witches' Feast" hosted by US Ambassador MaryKay Carlson.
It was a complete ethereal experience sure to linger in our memory. Not to mention the amusing and bewildering decor in every corner personally done by the Honorable Ambassador -- our heads have absolutely turned 360° to spot them everywhere (even inside the fridge). 🪳🫣👻

This private dining deserves more hype!!! I would say their food focuses on a Filipino menu featuring ingredients from all over the country. I'd say nothing was a miss but those that stood out for me are the bangus sisig (usually pork) squid pasta, pumpkin soup and bibingka affogato. Every ingredient was well thought of and ensured the right balance of tastes-sweet, sour, umami in every dish.

Everything was personalized- from the menu cards to my pescatarian diet. Surprisingly the servings weren't tiny at all. We left extremely full and with happy stomachs 😊
