While the sky was raining cats and dogs, Our very own direk Edzel Rebamontan represented the whole cast and crew and recieved the official selection certificate from the head organizers of the concluded 2024 Las Vegas Filipino Short Film Festival at their awards presenation to its winners.

As acknowledgement, we were treated to some exclusive souvenirs and nomination reel in which our editor Bel Paquiz and the crew of Berso Creatives was nominated for best editing.

It was a good year for everyone of us. After the pandemic, we finally have made another short feature; which won awards for both its cast and crew, then participated at film workshops and lastly revisited a music festival at an upcoming podcast show hosted by one of our music colleagues.

All this we credit to God's glory to whom we could never have done without his will and good graces. On behalf of everyone at Back in Black Productions Ltd. we would like to greet our colleagues and collaborators a very Merry Christmas and a prosperous 2025 to all.

A surprising news came to us that our short feature "Mi Unico Hijo" has earned a finalist title at the 2024 Dreamanila International Film Festival via Film Freeway.

While there are no full details of the event yet, but according to their official social media pages; the festivities will be held this November 30 to December 2.

Congrats to the whole cast and crew for another feat, and also we'd like to extend our birthday greetings to our film director: Edzel Rebamontan
