ce under the name Privatus Private Dining. Privatus focuses on tailor-made food and drinks for clients who want a private and personal experience. Privatus is a Filipino modern cuisine with a fusion of Asian and Western ingredients and techniques. Our menu is a short tasting course with alcoholic pairing. Privatus only caters to a small group of guests of thirty (30) to one hundred (100). After its success, we decided to venture into the commissary / catering and consultancy services. RCI was created to be the place to eat—combining a casual atmosphere with excellent food, beverages and service. RCI will combine menu variety, ambience, special-themed nights and a friendly staff. The menu will incorporate international and local cuisines with modern techniques based on our ex*****on. RCI will serve classic to modern drinks along with the RCI Cocktail, our signature drink. We will offer alcoholic pairings with our menu whether Ala Carte or Tasting menu. Catering services, a part of Privatus Private Dining, will continue to be offered.
