When your Visa Application was DENIED, it is not the Travel Agency's fault. Sometimes, the Embassy limits the tourist arrival especially during Peak and High Season. The process on lodging all your application is done with a very detailed checking at the Embassy, they will check first all documents by hand in front of the Liason, incomplete applications will not be accepted, wrong documents will be returned outright to the Liason. They are doing it to give you chance to comply completely. With incomplete requirements, all other applications will be on pending status until all applications are ready.

So, if you are applying for a visa, try to consider those who were applying together with you. The requirements were clear, you just have to follow.

Do not blame your agents. Because eventhough we are the last one who touches your applications and documents we are not the one whos in control of the result. Yes, its our duty to check and advise if requirements are complete or not, right or wrong, complicated or incomplicated but still consulars are the one who last decides of its outcome. We are the saddest when applicants gets denied. Why?

So, avoid saying you were scammed by getting refused visa. If we could only buy sticker papers from the bookstores and print visa copies we should have done it before. Remember, we agents suffers the most.

Passengers with flights to/from Hong Kong

As a result of protest actions at the Hong Kong International Airport, authorities have limited flight movements.

Cebu Pacific will endeavor to operate all scheduled flights approved by the Hong Kong International Airport Authority. But due to the situation at the airport, flights may be delayed or canceled.

Passengers with flexible travel plans are strongly encouraged to reschedule flights from August 13 to 15 to and from Hong Kong . They may avail of the following options, free-of-charge: rebook to a later travel date, get a full refund or place the cost of the ticket in a travel fund for future use.

They may manage their bookings via the "Manage Booking" portal in the Cebu Pacific website, https://book.cebupacificair.com/Mobile/Manage/Retrieve

The latest flight updates can be checked through https://www.cebupacificair.com/Pages/flight-status.

For any other concerns, you may message the official Cebu Pacific Air accounts via Facebook or Twitter.

Travel to Boracay Island

We would like to remind guests booked for flights to Caticlan and Kalibo that they will be requested to show proof of confirmed hotel and bookings before entering Boracay island. Only guests with confirmed reservations at any of the accommodation establishments that are compliant with the requirements of the Department of Tourism, Department of Interior and Local Government and the Department of Environment and Natural Resources will be allowed to enter Boracay Island.

To avoid any possible inconvenience, we strongly advise guests who are travelling or planning to go to Boracay Island starting October 26, 2018 to check if their chosen hotel or resort has been certified compliant and permitted to operate.
