We just had the honor of catering Princess Skyrah’s Baptism, and what an unforgettable experience it was! Our day started with an early 6 am setup plan, but the venue had other plans for us. Due to a scheduled mass from 10-11 am, we were not allowed to begin until the clock was ticking against us. With the event scheduled to kick off at 12 pm, we faced the challenge of having just 1 hour to transform the venue into a magical setting fit for royalty. But you know what? Challenges are just opportunities in disguise, and our amazing team rose to the occasion! Despite the time crunch, we pulled off the setup with precision and style.
