Due to the extension of Enhanced Community Quarantine, all 2GO Travel voyages from March 17, 2020 to April 30, 2020 are now cancelled.

Passengers may rebook their tickets to other available departure dates (excluding Dec. 16, 2020 to Jan. 15, 2021) or opt to refund even after departure date. Tickets are valid within one year from the date of issuance.

We advise all affected passengers to wait for the lifting of the community quarantine before visiting our ticketing office and to observe social distancing.

BREAKING (Updated) || President Rodrigo Duterte said Monday night during his live public address that the government is “inclined” to extend the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) until April 30, 2020, to beat COVID-19.

Duterte, during his second report to Congress, is keen on extending the ECQ period based on the recommendations from the Inter-Agency Task Force Against COVID-19.

“We are inclined to extend the lockdown up to April 30. Tingnan natin after that in the meantime double time kami,” he said.

He also discussed:

• The P275 billion COVID-budget was allocated to stretch for about two months based on slow income generation for most sectors.

• Requested the public to be “more patient with the government” as lead agencies are “doing their best” to address the concerns, especially of the poorest of the poor who resort to violence due to hunger

Flight cancellations from March 15 to April 14, 2020

ALL Cebu Pacific DOMESTIC flights to and from Manila are CANCELLED from March 15 (Sunday) until April 14 (Tuesday), in line with the Philippine government directive for a community quarantine over Metro Manila to contain the spread of the Coronavirus Disease (Covid-19).

However, Cebu Pacific will continue to operate flights from our hubs in Manila, Clark and Cebu. For FULL LIST, go to http://bit.ly/Mar15-Apr14flights

Passengers on cancelled flights can choose from any of these options:

-Travel ahead of original schedule on flights until March 14, 2020, free of charge (subject to space availability)

-Rebook the flight, with change fees and fare difference waived.

-Store the full value of the ticket in a Travel Fund. This is valid for 180 days and can be used to book any Cebu Pacific flight within the next 12 months

-Get a full refund

Passengers on ALL Cebu Pacific flights until April 30, 2020 who wish to rebook or cancel their flights have the following options:

Free Rebooking - Change fee is waived. Fare difference may apply.

Travel Fund - Put the full cost of the ticket in a Travel Fund. The Travel Fund can be redeemed within 180 days and can be used for bookings as far as 12 months out

You may manage your bookings through bit.ly/CEBmanageflight.

Passengers who book flights until April 30, 2020 (regardless of travel date and route) will get to avail of CEB Flexi for free. CEB Flexi allows passengers to rebook their flights up to two times. Simply select the “CEB Flexi” add-on during booking.
