All Custom Cakes & Cupcakes made by iBake Cakes and Pastries are subject to the following terms and conditions:

Cakes and Cupcakes

* All my cakes are made fresh to order, not frozen, not mass produced, not cakes from mixes. I don't buy them, they are all baked by myself, and decorated by myself

* Due to the hand made nature of all of my products and availability of decorating requirements, the exact look of an ordered cake may vary slightly from those shown on this website, as each cake is individual to each customer. However presentation will be of an equal quality.

* Any cake ordered from a photo of another cake artist, can only be reproduced as my interpretation of that cake and will not be an exact reproduction of the cake in the photo.

* If an inscription, color or any other choice is left un-selected on your order then I reserve the right to use my own discretion.

* Please note that there maybe items on your cake which are not edible, these must be removed for your safety and that of your guests before cutting the cake and eating it. If you are not cutting the cake yourself, please pass this information on to the person concerned.

* It is recommended that the cakes be consumed on the day of the event to ensure they are as fresh as possible, we do not add any preservatives or additives to our cakes to prolong shelf life. ORDERS:
I am able to accept only a limited number of orders. To guarantee availability, place your order as early as possible. At least four weeks notice on celebration cakes is preferable but will accept short notice cakes subject to my availability on the date required. It is important to finalize your order and place a deposit as soon as possible to hold your date. CHANGES TO THE CAKE ORDER:
Any changes to the order after down payment is made are subject to a change in price. There shall be no changes to the design of the cake within two weeks of the date of event. All changes are subject to availability. STORAGE
Fondant is not designed to be refrigerated Preferably in the box they were supplied in. Refrigeration may cause the artwork to soften, bleed and affect the quality of the cake. You may however, refrigerate the cake after the event. Do not keep the cake in warm conditions. If the cake gets to hot this will also affect the quality of the cake. PAYMENT
Deposit:
50% deposit is required upon placement of each cake order. THE DATE WILL ONLY BE RESERVED FOR YOU AFTER YOU HAVE MADE THE DEPOSIT. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.
