This is PULP Tickets, we apologize for the inconvenience caused during today's ticketing. We understand the frustration some of you may have experienced and want to assure you that we made every effort so that all tickets get to Ma-aenas and not otherwise.

During the first pause in queuing, we encountered issues with numerous unverified credit card transactions that were being flagged by banks, causing delays and disruptions. To address this, we temporarily halted ticketing to resolve these payment issues and remove any bots that were affecting the system.

The second pause was initiated when we detected transactions from suspicious IP addresses, prompting us to conduct a thorough review of each transaction to safeguard against potential scalping or fraudulent activities. Transactions found to be questionable were canceled.

Our commitment remains unwavering in selling tickets directly to fans like you. We acknowledge the need for improvement in our systems and processes to ensure a smoother ticketing experience in the future.
