If one day, i can no longer see flowers,
Let my mind remember their vibrant colors,
And the beauty they added to this world and to mine.

If one day, i can no longer hold flowers,
I pray that my hands remember the sturdy stems, delicate petals and the strength of a well-tied ribbon that binds them
The same strength and tenderness I need to recognize my growth

And if one day, I can no longer arrange flowers to make someone happy,
Let me remember the moments when birthdays became more special, marriage proposals became weddings, and strangers became customers and eventually friends.

For all the kinds of flowers and stories that this world has
I hope we grow more florists too
To help wrap beginnings and endings nicely
