1. Gaano na kyo katagal?
☑️ We've been operating since 2009 (Gashville) & 2016 (AM Catering)

2. Bakit ang Page nyo is GashVille "Home of Fantasy Party Packages" ?
☑️ As an owner mahirap po maraming page minimaintain and Gashville page po is established na. I don't have secretary to answer inquiries. Ako lang po sa marketing.

3. Legit Ba kyo?
☑️ I cannot defend myself by just answering YES,
Kaya I always tell my clients to search my name in Fb and check all our feedback. Lastly, we have home shop that you can visit :)

4. Bakit ang Mura?
☑️ Because we don't have sub cons and sarili po namen ang mga gamit namen. Talaga pinuhunan po namen. Pero don't expect na high end set - up since affordable price ang inooffer namen.

5. Masarap ba Food?
☑️ We cannot answer you YES, just check all the feedback of our past clients. And kaya po we offer FOOD TASTING

6. Wala naman kyo nagiging problem sa events nyo?
☑️ To tell you honestly, lahat po ng business nagkakaproblema den kasi we cannot please all our clients. We are not perfect also, sikat nga po na mga restaurants and food chains nagkakamali ren,
But we can assure you we give good service as much as we can. Kung ano nasa contrata po naten, we will comply. As an Owner, hands on po ako kahit hinde ako minsan nakakapunta sa event nakasupervise yan, our team has a GC to communicate. Ultimo sa design ako po nagaayos para maexcute ng staff ko ng maayos ang design sa event.

7. Bakit may del. charge? Bakit may Flr. charge? Bakit may OT?
☑️ Our Costing in our Package does'nt include del. charge lalo na po sa promo package. Alam naman po naten gaano na kataas ang bilihin pati ang GAS kaya hinde po pwede free ang del. charge. 2nd, OT & Flr. charge is for the waiters na napapagod den po sa pagakyat ng gamit po na walang elevator and ang sahod po nila is good for 4hrs. service lang in excess kyo na po magshoulder ng Overtime nila. Like sa office may mga OT charge den po.

7. Do you have CONTRACT?
☑️ Yes, definitely.

8. Do you have an OR?
☑️ Yes, but we will add 12% from your total package.

9. Obligado ba kme magprovide ng food sa waiters and suppliers?
☑️ Sa waiters hinde po pero kung mabait naman ang client sila na mismo nagaabot ng pang merienda. Sa suppliers, DEFINITELY YES po kasi pano sila makakapagbgay serbisyo kung gutom lalo na kung ang layo ng Venue mo. Tao ren po sila kaya need den po ng nourishment :)

‼️Sa lahat po ng naging client namen alam po nila kung gaano po ako kadaling kausap lalo na sa dagdag freebies pero hinde ko ren po kaya ifreebie lahat lalo na pag may bibilin na hinde po talaga kasama sa package.
