Rental Agreement: We agree to provide you with a quality entertaining costume. All we ask is that you help us keep the cost low by returning costumes in the condition the you have received it. We also ask that you be prompt with the return of the costume per this rental agreement. When you rent with Costumes By Sid you will be asked to the following terms:
I must schedule for an appointment date of fitting and choosing a costume by contacting 09770974750 or 82311811. Only those with an appointment schedule will be entertained.
I understand that Costumes by Sid is providing a costume to me on a RENTAL basis. I may keep this costume for up to 2 days (48 hours) before returning it to Costumes By Sid.
I must surrender a valid ID before renting a costume. Strictly no ID, no rent.
I agree to return the costumes by the agreed upon date or be subject to late fees up to, but not exceeding, the replacement value of the costs. The replacement value of the costume is determined by Costumes By Sid.
I understand that all rentals require security deposit. The standard security deposit is twice the amount of the rental fee which shall be refunded to me on the rental due date of the costume.
I agree to reserve a costume on a specific date at a P500 deposit fee which is non-refundable. No refunds will be made in case I change my mind.
Returned costumes will be in the condition consistent with the way I received them. If damage or loss occurs prior to return, I agree to pay all costs for replacement at the retail value.
Damage is considered to have occurred by: tearing, burning, cutting, make-up stains or marks, removal of buttons, medallions, badges or other kinds of trim. Knee slides are not to be performed while in costumes. We also would appreciate the removal of costumes prior to any personal activities. Any such evidence on a costume will be considered damaged. Articles which are loss or damaged while in your possession will be charged with the replacement cost.
DO NOT try to clean our costumes yourself.
No requests of online transfers for refundable security deposits will be entertained. You must pick up your cash refund as well as your surredered ID personally at Costumes By Sid.
I understand that rentals are final, there are no refunds.
I understand that I must come into the shop to reserve a rental costume , pick it up, and return it. Failure to return a costume back on the due date will entitle me to bill extra charges.
Shipping fees are shouldered by renter in case of requests for costume delivery through a delivery service. Full payment must be made (rental plus security deposit) and ID must be surrendered prior to costume delivery to renter.
I am at least 18 years of age and satisfied with the choice of costume from Costumes By Sid.
